Sea Bream Ladolemono with green curled Endive
Sea Bream Ladolemono with a simple green salad. Sometimes the simplicity of a recipe is what boosts the flavor of great produce. This is a very simple recipe that enhances the flavor of Sea Breams.

Sea Bream (Fish) and Greens
Sea Bream and greens combination is very popular in Greece and in my honest opinion one of the tastiest fish in the Mediterranean sea. Try out this simple and very tasty recipe with Ladolemono and green salad. They might have fish and chips in England but we have fish and greens in Greece!
Sea Bream can be found in plenty of sizes and can be cooked in a lot of ways. For big or medium Sea Breams the best way is oven-baked. Just add them to the oven with olive oil and seasoning and they are ready in 7 minutes.
For the smaller ones, you can deep fry them or shallow fry. But, whatever you do, you must have Ladolemono! It also goes well with rice if you prefer it instead of the greens. As a general suggestion for cooking this fish, I would advise pairing it with a simple sauce so that you are able to taste its greatness!
Ladolemono
Ladolemono is a very simple vinaigrette sauce consisting of olive oil and lemon juice. It must have a thick consistency to embrace the fish or greens that we pour it over so that it stays on top of them and does not fall on the plate.
To achieve that, we have to pour the lemon juice slowly, stirring slowly the olive oil with light and airy movements, trapping air in the mixture to achieve this thick flow that we want for this sauce.
This sauce can’t be made ahead of time because as time passes by the lemon and the oil start to split. It only takes 1 minute to create it so it is wise to make as soon as the food is ready on the table.
