Healthy Chicken Salad that tastes absolutely amazing!!!

Ingredients:
- 1 Chicken breast, marinated
- 1/2 Lettuce, cut into strips
- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 small Onion, cut into slices
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
- Salt to taste
For the marinade:
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 clove of Garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp smoked Paprika
- 1 pinch of Salt
Instructions:
- Place the chicken breasts in a bowl and poke them with a fork.
- Add 1 pinch of salt, 1 clove of garlic crushed, 1 tsp smoked paprika, and 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil.
- Massage the chicken so it will get a nice coating, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Bake it on the air fryer at 200C for 20 minutes. Or you can also bake it for the same amount of time in an oven with convection.
- Cut the lettuce into strips, the cherry tomatoes into half, and the onion into slices.
- Place them all on a plate, add the baked chicken breast, and just before you serve it add a little olive oil, a pinch of salt, and the juice of half a lemon.
- An easy, healthy, and delicious Chicken salad is ready for you to enjoy!
