Chocolate Truffles with 3 Ingredients and NO Sugar absolutely amazing!

Ingredients:
- 375g Dark Chocolate, cut into little pieces
- 500ml Whipping Cream, vegetable-based
- 9 Tbsp Honey rings cereal, crushed or crumbled (32g)
- 100g Dark Chocolate sprinkles, for decoration
Instructions:
- Chop the Dark chocolate roughly into small pieces.
- Add 9 Tbsp of Honey Rings cereal to your kitchen processor and crush them into fine crumbles then set aside. You may use a pestle and mortar if you prefer rustic uneven pieces.
- Add 500ml whipping cream to a saucepot and bring to a soft boil.
- Pour the heated whipping cream over the dark chocolate, wait 1 minute and whisk to combine.
- Add the crushed cereal and whisk again.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to firm up for at least 8 hours or better overnight.
- The next day use a tea spoon to scoop small amounts of the mixture and shape them into small balls with your palms.
- Roll them into the chocolate sprinkles and the Chocolate Truffles are ready!
- Store them in your fridge inside an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks, or for about 3-4 days at room temperature.
Notes:
- Instead of chocolate sprinkles, you can use unsweetened cocoa powder to cover the truffles.
