Beets, Smoked Salmon & Green Beans – Fast and easy salad!

Ingredients:
- 50g Smoked Salmon
- 150g Green beans, frozen (1 cup)
- 2 Beets, cubed
- 1/4 of an Onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of Garlic, minced
- ½ tsp of Red chili flakes
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, extra virgin
- 2 Tbsp Red wine Vinegar
Instructions:
- Boil the green beans for 5 minutes.
- Add the olive oil, vinegar, chili flakes, and garlic, to a jar and shake them.
- Add the beets, green beans, and finely chopped onion to a plate and pour the sauce from the jar on top of them.
- Add the smoked salmon on top, and your salad is ready!
Notes:
- A pinch of salt is optional because the smoked salmon is salty.
- If you would like the onion to lose its “edge”, you can soak it in vinegar for 10 minutes before you add it to the salad.
